Common Printing Problems

Common reasons why you could print yesterday, but can’t today


Printing ProblemsMake sure the printer’s power is turned on, check for lights on the printer.

Make sure the printer is connected, check the network cable or USB cable and make sure it is connected firmly, insert the cables properly if you have to.

Make sure the paper size is correct, if you print on A4 paper; make sure the printer is set to print on A4.

Make sure there is paper in your printer, believe me, I have never seen a printer, that prints a document if there is no paper in the paper tray, feel free to ask anyone you know.

After checking the common reasons, and still can’t print, unplug the printer from the wall outlet for 10 seconds, plug it back in, turn the printer on and try to print again.

Common printing problems can be resolved in a sec, but there are probably a ton of other reasons why you could print yesterday, but can’t print today. Checking and remembering the common causes might help you print today and tomorrow as if it was yesterday.
